Manage your subscription

Your Supertall Premium subscription is billed through your Apple ID, not by us. To cancel, upgrade, downgrade, or change billing:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Supertall and choose the change you want

If you cancel during the 3-day free trial, you will not be charged.

Restore purchases

On a new device or after reinstalling, open the app and visit Account → Restore Purchases. Your premium entitlement will return if your Apple ID matches the original purchase.

Health & safety

Supertall is not a medical device. If an exercise hurts, stop. Sharp pain, nerve pain, dizziness, or symptoms that travel down a limb are signs to stop and consult a clinician.

How does the height measurement work?

You log a morning (AM) reading against a fixed wall. The app builds a baseline from three clean reads and shows you when a reading is trend-ready vs context-only. Diurnal compression is real — your evening height is often 1–2 cm shorter than your morning height — so AM is the trend signal.

Does the app guarantee height gain?

No. Visible height comes from posture, decompression, and recovery; skeletal growth depends on age and genetics. Results vary. The app is honest about which reads are trend-ready and which are noise.

Can I use the app without an account?

Yes. Anonymous device-anchored mode lets you use the app without signing in. Sign in later if you want cloud backup and cross-device sync.
