Supertall ("we," "our," or "app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Supertall collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our iOS app and related services.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — When you create an account, you provide your email address and optionally your name, date of birth, and gender for personalized growth plans.
- Height & body measurements — You voluntarily log height, posture scores, and other body measurements. This data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our servers.
- Payment information — If you subscribe to Supertall Premium, payment is processed by Apple. We do not store your credit card number.
- Feedback & communications — If you contact us or submit beta testimonials, we may collect your name, email, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — Anonymized, aggregated data about how you use the app (features used, session length, workout completions) to improve the product.
- Device data — Device type, iOS version, and app version, used to optimize for supported devices.
- HealthKit data — With your explicit permission, Supertall reads and writes height and workout data to Apple HealthKit. This data stays on-device unless you opt into cloud sync.
- Photo data — If you use the AR posture assessment or photo measurement features, images are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers without your explicit consent.
Location data
Supertall does not collect GPS location data.

We do not sell your personal data.

- Account data — retained until you delete your account
- Height logs — stored locally; deleted if you uninstall the app
- Analytics data — anonymized after 26 months
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

- Delete your account and data
- Export your data
- Object to certain processing

Children's privacy
Supertall is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
Data security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit. Local data is protected by iOS device encryption. No data transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app and update the "Last Updated" date.
